For Your Wedding? Prelude has been performing together for over a decade throughout Connecticut, Rhode Island, New York, Massachusetts and Vermont. Being one of the state's premier band for weddings and other formal events, ensures you that we will be a positive contributor to your Big Day to remember. The band consists of a choice of four or five musicians. Both lineups feature both male and female lead and background vocals that create the ability for the band to play a wide variety of music that is enjoyed by listeners of all ages and tastes. The instrumentation of the band consists of guitar, bass guitar, sequenced or live keyboards (depending on the 4 or 5 piece version), drums, and alto saxophone. Prelude's sound is reinforced with a low-profile state of the art QSC Sound System. The band also uses LED lighting to enhance the mood of the performance upon request at no extra charge. Prelude has performed at all the major wedding facilities in the area. Among these are The Aqua Turf Club, The Farmington Club, The Avon Old Farms Hotel, Water's Edge Resort, Glastonbury Hills Country Club, Wethersfield Country Club, Chez Josef, Rocky Hill Sheraton Hotel, Farmington Marriott Hotel, The Simsbury Inn, Crowne Plaza Hotel and Conference Center, St. Clement's Castle, The Guilford Yacht Club, The Madison Beach Hotel, and countless others.
